The Academy reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual
or entity who has not and/or does not support the mission of the
Academy. Such individuals or entities who engage in conduct which
damages the profession or the Academy shall be censured and if such
conduct is by a member, may suffer loss of the membership for a
given period of time or permanently, upon vote of the Board. Due
process and a fair hearing will apply in all cases. No persons with a history of felony conviction or revocation of professional license for unprofessional conduct shall knowlingly be represented on this website. Slander or libel of the Academy shall be prosecuted.
